IT Services
In order for us to serve effectively as TeachBeyond members, it is imperative that we have effectively functioning technology (computers, tablets, smart phones, etc.) to be used in local ministry contexts as well as to communicate with TeachBeyond colleagues and ministry partners. The TeachBeyond IT Services Department strives to help ensure new TeachBeyond candidates are adequately prepared with their devices prior to beginning service while also providing ongoing support for members on assignment.
Support
Support for computing devices and software being used for ministry purposes can be requested by contacting helpdesk@teachbeyond.org. Please note that support will likely be limited (if possible at all) for computing devices not previously reviewed/approved as part of the devices review process by our IT Department.
