Academic Counselor

Carachipampa's Academic Counselor guides students in academic achievement and personal development and provides resources for exploring potential careers. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and support for coursework and graduation planning.
• Monitor student progress and create individualized plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Assist with college and career counseling.
• Conduct workshops on study skills, character development, and career exploration.
• Integrate faith and biblical principles into counseling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Counseling certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in academic counseling, guidance, or student support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Agreement with the school’s mission and statement of faith.
