Administrative Assistant to Global Director of Member Care
The Member Care Director Admin Assistant will perform administrative and people-helping tasks in keeping with his/her skills to support our members’ well-being and aid the Director in carrying out his responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Bible, education, theology, psychology or related field of study helpful; or equivalent professional career experience.
- Proven administrative experience, with the ability to provide consultative guidance and cultivate available resources to respond to needs
- At least 2-years’ cross-cultural missions, preferably in areas related to existing TeachBeyond ministries
- Professional experience on staff in a faith-based non-profit organization, preferably within TeachBeyond
Responsibilities include:
- Model a life of abiding in Christ, the core values of TeachBeyond, and healthy personal relationships, practices and boundaries.
- Manage Member Care group inbox
- Use information provided in emails from People Services to trigger and create tracking devices for member care
- Alert Dir to urgent emails requiring response
- Answer inquiries as appropriate or assign to MC team members to respond
- Organize and maintain Global Member Care Teams channel
- Assist Member Care Director with correspondence, Presentation PowerPoints, documents
- Help with administration and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Help track member care touches
- Send out and track team Annual Reviews
- Assist Director in scheduling meeting
- Track and send out Service Anniversary certificates annually
- Assist in planning and implementing organizational events in areas related to member care
- Participate in online and in-person meetings and gatherings as requested.
This opportunity is a remote and support based position. Pay is based on the applicant's own ability to raise funds for their salary; paid via donor or self-support.
