Elementary (5th - 6th grade) School Teacher

We are looking for a passionate Elementary School Teacher to help students develop and flourish throughout the school year. 

The teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the glory of God. 

Responsibilities:

• Educating children in the classroom
• Meeting with students and parents to discuss education-related issues and attending staff meetings
• Estabilishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, incusive and safe learning space. 
• Giving and grading assignments, homework and tests
• Overseeing students during recess, lunch and other activities
• Talking to parents about their children's progress
• Meeting and working with other teachers and supervisors to discuss school policies
