English Teacher (Primary & Middle School)

We are seeking an inspiring English Teacher to implement modern instructional strategies and create a stimulating environment that supports students' cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Teachers should have a college degree and 2 years’ relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Deliver an active class load using interactive methods and diverse resources to engage students, including tailored programs for students requiring academic assistance.
• Assessment & Analytics: Design digital and manual assessments; track achievement data to develop targeted improvement plans for student weaknesses.
• Planning: Design comprehensive annual subject plans and collaborate with coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment.
• Classroom Management: Proactively manage student behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-engagement learning environment, including extracurricular programs.
• Student Engagement: Leading student engagement in cultural activities, extracurricular programs, and competitions.
• Professional Growth: Commit to continuous development by researching new methodologies and leading peer-knowledge-sharing workshops

Applicants need to commit to 2 years renewable at both parties’ agreement.
