Operations Business Analyst

The Operations Business Analyst will analyze operational processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and collaboration across operational services departments. This position develops and monitors service metrics that provide insight into operational performance and mission effectiveness, using data-driven analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
