Resource Room Teacher

Provide targeted support to students with learning differences, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Support students with learning differences and interventions.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents.
• Integrate faith and a Christian worldview into support and instruction.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Special Education, Education, or related field
• Valid Special Education certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Agreement with the school’s mission and statement of faith.
