Short-Term Coach

Join the Mobilization Team with a specific focus in Short-Term Volunteers, including Camps, Student Teachers, Interns, and Group Trips. Help people get connected with life-changing opportunities to see firsthand how God is at work around the world and step out of their comfort zones to serve!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a timely application process for short-term volunteers
• Facilitate approval process with project leader/supervisor
• Track onboarding of accepted short-term volunteers, including Safeguarding training and required paperwork
• Conduct debrief with short-term volunteers upon completion of assignment
• Adhere to best practice in short-term missions

This opportunity is a remote and support-based position. Pay is based on donor or self-support.
