Trauma Informed Communities Lead Facilitator

 Assist in the implementation of Trauma Informed Communities training in alignment with the TeachBeyond mission, vision, and strategic plan.

Key responsibilities include the areas of cultural, administrative, and instructional leadership.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • TeachBeyond training in Trauma Informed Communities for caregivers.
  • Experience in teaching and leading adults.
  • Experience in church and/or para church ministry.
  • Familiarity with community needs. 

Professional and Technical Skills

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivation with ability to conceptualize and take plans to action with minimal supervision.
  • Competence in using technology applications appropriate and commitment to keep current with changing technical skills.
  • Ability to plan for change and implement strategies.
  • Willingness to engage in personal and professional development.
  • Ability to work alongside multi-cultural staff and lead with cultural sensitivity.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

This opportunity is a remote and support based position. Pay is based on the applicant's own ability to raise funds for their salary; paid via donor or self-support.
